The plumber who came out to our home, William Gough, was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He talked us through the repair every step of the way. We will definitely call Tennessee Standard Plumbing for any further needs.

We contacted Tennessee Standard to replace the drain pipes in our home. When they came out to perform the replacement they also checked our main sewer line, which was also in need of replacing. Patrick was able to immediately work up an estimate for the mainline repair and was able to fix that as well by only adding two extra days onto the work schedule. Patrick and Vaughn were both professional and respectful the entire time they were working at our home. They kept us informed every step of the way and explained everything they were doing. We are extremely happy with the service and would not hesitate to call them for any other plumbing issues.

We had multiple plumbing issues and Patrick Bordine was highly recommended. Not only did Patrick fix our issues, he shared his knowledge and provided multiple options. Since moving to TN and trying multiple plumbers, we have definitely found our “go to” plumber! Tennessee Standard and Patrick Bordine proved to be reliable and knowledgeable.

TN Standard Plumbing is a terrific company, and I would absolutely request Casey Fields and Zack Fields for any future plumbing needs in my home! Our downstairs pump to the septic system was not working properly, and they thoroughly assessed all of the possible problems. Casey was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and very responsive to talking through all of the options and the repair process with me. I definitely learned about how our system works and what needed to be done! Casey and Zack replaced the pump to the septic tank and explained why it was failing. They were skilled, efficient and also very neat for what could have been a messy job. The cost was less than we expected, and Casey and Zack provided outstanding service!!
